THE PROGRAM

The comprehensive training program is geared for the health care professional and personal trainer: Flexibility System 1, 2, 3, 4 for the entire body: (A-I) Active-Isolated Flexibility for self-demonstration; team member assisted and therapist assisted client. Applied Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology and Anatomy form the basis for this work. Specific evaluation skills for injury prevention and recovery; minor muscle strengthening techniques and proper strength ratio for sport specific demands, will all be addressed during the two day course.

  • Flexibility System I: Basic Hip and Trunk Protocol
  • Flexibility System II: Basic Shoulder Protocol
  • Flexibility System III: Basic Neck Protocol
  • Flexibility System IV: Basic arm, wrist, hand, ankle and foot protocol
  • Hands on Practical One-On-One with instructors throughout 2 day course (16 hours)

This course introduces you to the foundation of all the Wharton Performance programs that continue to serve professional, Olympic and amateur athletes worldwide as well as the general public and people with specific musculoskeletal conditions.
